Adrienne works with clients who have a real desire to change themselves and their circumstances. She supports her clients to take risks, and stretch to their potential. These risks ultimately lead to greater fulfilment in their professional lives.

6. Bespoke Coaching Programme: this is tailored to your personal and professional needs, designed to specifically address the skills and topics you want to explore. Typically this would include elements of the 5 coaching programmes listed above (e.g. it could be a mix of leadership coaching and communications skills coaching).

All of these coaching programmes are done in modular way, and you choose how quickly you want to progress through the programme be it 12 weeks or 12 months. The most popular time frame is 3-6 months.
